Andy has had extensive experience in the healthcare sector on a variety of projects in acute medical care, palliative care, health retail, and health education facilities, and was involved in the Major Redevelopment at Broadgreen Hospital, Cardiothoracic Centre, which was one of the initial Procure 21 developments.

Since joining the practice, Andy has worked on a wide range of projects for NHS Trusts across the North of England including work on the Bradford Royal Infirmary major redevelopment which includes Ward Upgrades, Renal Dialysis Unit, Site Strategy and Services Infrastructure Upgrades.
