New Wards—In an Instant! HDP along with HACS group have achieved the impossible with the construction of Ultra Fast track hospital accommodation for the elderly. The project was delivered in 6 months from inception to completion . Consisting of 2 No' 28 bed wards, with a total of 24 single bedrooms. The rapid timeframe was achieved by utilising framework agreements and partnering schemes, and exceptional team work by all consultants, contractors, the client and statutory bodies. The design focuses on quality patient spaces, high specification fittings and fixtures, and good quality staff working environments. The scheme incorporates generous ward accommodation and corridor width with large windows to patient areas maximising natural daylight and ventilation.
