HDP worked with Barnsley and Doncaster Community Solutions and Morgan Ashton on a range of LIFT projects. The NHS LIFT scheme stives to improve and develop community care facilities by enabling Primary Care Trust to invest in new premises in new locations. Providing these communities with modern integrated health services in high quality , fit for purpose primary care buildings. Denaby Health Centre was one of the first completed buildings included in this scheme. The centre is a 1,300m2 building which accomodates three GP practices, a pharmacy, library and District Health Service.
