6 Facet Audits These are multifacted surveys which give an evaluation of an NHS Trust Estate as set out by NHS Estate Code. We have a dedicated team of surveyors utilising tools to enable risk assessments providing scores for functionality, severity and probability. A six facet survey will provide NHS Trust's Estate with a snapshot of the physical condition of its' individual buildings and a summary of remedial cost to revive each area to a safe and sound status and measure the risk of any sub-standard elements of an estate. This then provides an accurate and informative decision on where to priorities investment.
